A major Thai developer plans to launch 3 new projects in 2022

In 2022, PPREB will increase revenue by 20% compared to previous years and launch several new projects that will stimulate the recovery of the Thai housing market.

Many contractors in the Thai real estate market revived in late 2021 and early 2022 and began planning new projects, but many of them have not yet recovered from the impact of the pandemic, for example, a Pre-Built Public Company.

Limited has unfinished projects and lags by ฿8 billion from projects in various fields. Despite this, the management makes optimistic forecasts.

Wirot Charoentra, director of PPREB, said that in 2022, the company aimed to increase revenue by introducing deferred housing to the market. Their revenue will gradually recover over the next 2 years, until approximately 2023.

In 2022, the company has a way to bid for new projects, such as office buildings and hotels, worth about ฿3 billion. The business hopes to attract as many entrepreneurs as possible. However, PPREB has recently been selected as one of the six contractors to maintain and increase future revenues and develop office buildings, housing, commercial and residential real estate.
