Limits system
All users registered on the website have a limited number of properties they can post on the platform. The limit is set both for properties uploaded manually and for properties uploaded using the automatic import system (XML). Only published properties are counted, unpublished properties are not included.
If you change the limit package and the current number of uploaded properties exceeds the new limit, the number of properties exceeding the new limit will be removed from publication. The oldest property listings (by the date of editing) will be removed. You also get an email notification that the available number of property listings posted on the website has been reduced. The email will also include a list of property listings that have been removed from publication.
Important! You receive a notification of changes in the allowed number of property listings posted on the website only if there are any property listings removed from publication
When the properties limit has been reached, you are not able to upload new properties or publish previously unpublished property listings. Also, when you upload properties via the import system and you reach the limit, properties will not be uploaded and a notification that these properties cannot be uploaded due to the reached limit will be displayed in the import log.
How to change the limits plan
The number of available property listings or the limits plan is set by the website administration for each user, therefore, to change (increase) the number of properties you can post on the website, you need to contact the website administration.
Where to find the limits details
The number of published property listings and property listings left available for publication are displayed for users on their profile page.
Computers and laptops: on the left side of the profile page below the navigation menu there is a block with your property listings limits details:
- The number of property listings published on the website at the moment, there are 2 possible view options:
- Only the current number of property listings (if a user has unlimited number of properties)
- Current number of properties / maximum allowed number of properties
- The number of property listings left available for publication (if the number is unlimited, the infinity symbol is displayed)
Mobile devices: on the left side of the profile page there is the menu button where you can find the details on your property listings limits. The information is displayed in the same way as in the PC version, except that the number of property listings left available for publication is not displayed.
Also, on your profile page you can click on the current number of published properties to see how many properties have been:
- Imported via XML - the number of properties that were uploaded via the automatic import system
- Added manually - the number of properties that were uploaded via the profile page
