VN Resorts & Residences is being developed by Norwegian Properties Group in Thailand. NPG was started in Jomtien Thailand in 2004 by Gudmund Eiksund. The management is Norwegian and has many years of experience with the development and operation of real estate projects in Thailand. As of today, Norwegian Properties Group has completed five real estate projects, VN Resort 1 & 2 which are villa projects, as well as the apartment complexes VN Residence 1, VN Residence 2, and VN Residence 3. The sixth project, Fifth Avenue, has estimated construction to start in 2015. All the real estate projects are located together in Pratamnak Soi 5, below 'Buddha Hill', near the sea, with the Thai princess's residence as the nearest neighbour.

Anyone who has bought a home from Norwegian Properties Group has the opportunity to rent out their home through Norwegian Properties Co., LTd, which manages the rental, accepts settlements, arranges washing/cleaning/change of towels and bed linen, key delivery, requests from customers, etc.
Norwegian Properties Group hands over all properties with deed to our customers. We do not use leasing agreements. We follow the Thai regulations and adapt so that everyone who buys property from us gets a deed. We register companies, submit annual accounts and pay tax for all our customers who want us to do it for them.
